No compliance guarantee
This platform supports compliance management by organizing records, workflows, and reminders. It does not guarantee legal compliance, FMCSA approval, or any audit outcome. Users remain responsible for their own legal and regulatory obligations.
Accuracy of records
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents they submit. Internally entered data is not government-verified unless a verification source and date are explicitly recorded.
Partner status
"Venky Verified" reflects an internal review of submitted materials only. It is not a certification, endorsement, or regulatory approval, and it may be revoked at any time.
Training records
Training completions, certificates, and transcripts document participation in Venky training. They are not a substitute for any credential required by law or by a customer.
Changes
These terms will be replaced by counsel-reviewed terms prior to full public release.
